CUSTOMER COMPLAINT RESOLUTION SERVICES

At Forward Business Solutions, we deal with all customer complaints and strive to find a solution to the problems. This is done in a very professional and friendly manner and is designed to protect the reputations of the client and customer and equally important to ensure that a solution is conducted in a cost effective manner. 

Personal contact is made to the dis-satisfied customer either by phone, email, or prearranged meeting at home or on the business premises.  Full details from the customer will be noted and will be reported back to our client which in turn will be thoroughly investigated. 

After review and consultation with our client a solution will be recommended which we believe will be fair to both parties and would be acceptable to all. Meanwhile our clients continues in business uninterrupted from dissatisfied customers with the knowledge that the issues are dealt with adequately and efficiently.

It also indicates to customers that they are dealing with a reputable company that are proud of the goods and service they offer and hold respect for their all important customers.
